REFUNDS

• All sales are final. There are no return options available.

REPAIRS

• Jewelry may be repaired if broken, upon request for an additional fee. Jackpot Jewels will only fix jewelry from our store.

SHIPPING

• All items purchased from a drop will ship in 1-2 BUSINESS days. All made to order pieces will ship in 2-4 weeks.
• Jackpot Jewels is not responsible if a package gets lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed while in USPS's possession.
• Jackpot Jewels is not responsible for any incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to a incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• ALL custom orders will require a down payment of HALF the total price.
• Jackpot Jewels is not responsible for length or sizing errors made on your behalf.
• Slight variations in size, design, and stone variation are to be expected.
