All sales are final. There are no return options available.

Jewelry may be repaired if broken, upon request.

All items purchased from a drop will ship in 1-2 BUSINESS days. All custom pearls and other customs will ship in 2-4 weeks.

ALL custom orders will require a down payment of HALF the total price.

Jackpot Jewels is not responsible for length or sizing errors made on your behalf.

Jackpot Jewels is not responsible if a package gets lost or stolen.
